Founded in
In 1979, the founder of our company, Süleyman YILMAZ, started his business life with a truck he bought with his father's retirement bonus.
He continued coal transportation and marketing with his brothers Hüseyin and Ramazan YILMAZ.
HEADQUARTERS
By establishing the facility on our Tunçbilek-Tavsanli highway, which is our current company headquarters, it increased the number of trucks to 5.
INCORPORATION
It became a company in 1992 and became a subsidiary of Yılmazlar Madencilik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. Has established. Our company has started marketing the coals it has purchased from Garp Linyitleri İşletmesi by sieving and bagging.
SHAREHOLDER STRUCTURE CHANGE
In 1993, Ramazan YILMAZ left the company, and Fatih and Mehmet YILMAZ became partners. The current structure of the company was formed in 1993 and Süleyman YILMAZ, Hüseyin YILMAZ, Fatih YILMAZ, Mehmet YILMAZ are the partners of the company. Since 1993, machinery and truck investments have started and loading and transportation jobs, machine rental jobs have quickly become one of the main business lines of the company.
EARTH MOVING
In 1999, the first earth moving work in the Ege Linyitleri İşletmesi was taken and our company, which has been growing every year until today Türkiye Kömür İşletmeleri, institutions such as Eti Maden has a lot of work has been completed.
QUARRY
In 2004, stone crushing and screening plants were established in the town of Aliköy in Tavsanli - Kütahya highway, and the capacity, which was 400 tons, reached 1000 tons of capacity by the end of 2011.
SÜLEYMAN YILMAZ KINDERGARTEN
Süleyman YILMAZ Kindergarten, which started education in 2010, has been allocated to the Ministry of National Education and serves 100 students.
LIVESTOCK
Our company, which started to invest in agriculture and livestock in 2012, added 1000 acres of land to its own resources in the village of Derbent in Kütahya, and started the production of 40,000 liters of milk daily, with a capacity of 3,750 dairycattle.
